  You can't go wrong with Mojdeh and Sam. These girls are brilliant at what they do, service is amazing and they always make my eye brows look fantastic!

  No customer service. I walked in waited 5min at the counter no one even looked at me instead avoided me. Later a girl not even looking at me said please take a seat. I waited for 30 min. Saw 3 women who were waiting next to me leave. I guess they got tired of waiting too. Ultimately lost my patience and left. I don't mind waiting as long as we are informed and greeted well. They are not organised.

  I got lash extensions here a few months ago and the women serving me (I don't know if it was the first or the second) literally glued a lash to my eyeball with adhesive. It was an accident, but didn't make it any less traumatic for my first time. The first lady didn't speak English all that well got irritated when I started panicking because I couldn't open my eyes because she hadn't separated my bottom lashes from the top, and then made another woman complete the set for her. I found that incredibly unprofessional and I felt extremely embarrassed throughout the entire session, even though the first woman didn't actually walk me through the process, so I was naturally scared and confused. The second woman however was really kind and patient with me, walked me through the process and reassured me that I was going to be okay. She was the reason I'm giving this place two stars rather than one. Still, when I opened my eye and saw a lash glued to the white of my eye, it took every single iota of energy in my body not to completely freak out and have a panic attack. The only thing that kind of held me in place from doing so was the fear that I'd inconvenience the staff further because I was treated rather coldly by the first woman. Nonetheless, they ended up getting rid of the lash and I'm not blind in one eye, so there's that at least... The lashes turned out nice and I got a lot of compliments on them, but they were slightly uneven (even though you probably couldn't tell unless you were incredibly close. But perhaps I'm just being pedantic)... But still, I felt rather reluctant handing over my money to them by the end of it all. I feel like I'd be going here again out of obligation because I don't know any other good places... They do good eyebrow tinting though. I introduced my mother to the service, and she always leaves satisfied, so that's the reason I'll be adding a third star.
