    Great store with excellent service, a massive range and amazing prices. Cannot recommend them highly enough. By far the best bike shop with the most down to earth staff I've been into in the past decade. Shane's service is outstanding.

    Could have ripped me off twice on things I thought I needed but instead offered me a much cheaper solution that worked each time. Has made me a lifetime customer. Don't know why more sales people don't do this.

    I bought my Scott mountain bike from Ray four years ago and have always had great service from this shop. The sales guys are not pushy (no pun intended) and their work is skilled and very fairly priced. They are quite willing to give me advice and help on my bike restoration projects. Shane is a very keen and attentive salesperson and their specials bin has some great bargains; I always walk out clutching something new from there!
