  How come the line is busy for all morning from 10-noon. Has anyone overlooked, may be the phone sys is down.

  However, Preston library does have it flaws. Firstly, the library wifi is frustratingly slow during peak hours. Doing any productive work online is almost impossible.

  For years there has been issues of people talking on their phones in the library and continuing to talk even when asked to go outside of the library by other people they disrupt. Inevitably ending in argument. This again and again over the years. To ensure quiet enjoyment for every body can signs be posted asking calls to be made outside the library. There are just some people who are just inconsiderate and need that type of sign to shut them up. Staff should tale an active role to ask people to leave or take calls outside!! Ongoing issue for years, so let's get it resolved now.

  Secondly, screaming children are allowed to run rampant during work hours. Parents are no place to be seen too. Please take your kids to a daycare or the park, if you're going to let your child scream and run wildly.

  I frequent to Preston Library probably more than most visitors. I enjoy the quiet work-space and friendly staff, which make it an ideal environment for study.
